浪漫主義影響（18～19世紀)

• They occupy a special place in society
• Their art comes from the inside, from their imagination and not from any rules or examples.
• It is not a result of rational decisions. Instead it is driven by intuition and it expresses emotions.
• Art is the exclusive domain of human creativity.

➜ seemingly logical conclusion: the best test of the progress of AI is whether it can generate (novel) art.
